Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
if u argue lawful entrance and get it dismissed can any evidence be used against some one else that was there

Your question is a little incomplete. If there is evidence of a crime that did not relate to you, but does relate to someone else, the prosecutor can certainly use it against another person if they feel it is good evidence.
