Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
if u are on probation in ny state and u leave that state say like to pa because u become homless and had people out trying to kill you then does the supervising po have the right to violate you and file a declaration of delinquency

If you didn't get permission from the PO you can be violated. NY State is big enough to hide in.
