Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
''Unable to pay fine''
I am a 17 year old male from Upstate Ny.A few months ago i was charged with poss. of pot.I was told to pay a fine since it was my 2nd charge in less then a year.I was unable to pay off all of the fine.I payed off all but 90 dollars, yesterday i got a letter in the mail stating i have a warrent out for my arrest.i turn 18 in less then 20 days.and from what iv been told.When you turn 18 all that stuff gets dropped. is this true? if it isnt what should i do?

Your information is not true. My advise is to pay the balance of the fine and avoid drug use in the future .Good luck in your future endeavers,drug-free
