Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Underdrinking

My question is regarding serving of minors. This is my situation, I was at party, there was underage drinkers, however, I am of age, but didn't served the minors, I was only there enjoying the party. Nevertheless the party was broken up and the police said they were going to charge me with criminal dealings with minors in the first degree. I am unsure what actions to take, I am going in for questioning later this week, any advice you can give me would be profoundly helpful. Thank you!

Before you go in for "questioning" later this week you should seriously consider retaining an attorney to advise you. The "questioning" you describe will be an "interrogation" and anything/everything you say will be used against you.
