This case goes deep into detail, basically My b/f got beat up by two guys we left and then went back, my b/f punched the guy in the face, he ended up getting charged with assult with a wepon b/c as they were beating him up he pulled off his belt to protect himself didn't harm anyone with it. They charged his dad who didn't touch anyone with assualt. About 8 months later the cops show up at my door and arrest me take me to the judge and tells me I am being charged with assualt with a weapon, b/c one kid said I took the belt and hit him once with it, witch I never did and he is just saying this over 8 months later. Assualt for my b/f punching the kid in the face, and gang assualt. I never touched anyone or aided in anything, what can I do.
