unlawfully dealing with a child(4 counts)

Hi i was arrested 6 months agao for possesion of alchool and unlawfully dealing with a child. my x g/f picked me up and told me she has a 12 pack of beer she then picked up 3 of her friends and 5 minuites later we were pulled over. i asked the cop why we were pulled over and was then told to step out of the car and put in cuffs never knowing why. 15 mins later a different cop came and told me i was taking responsibilty. any advice?

My advice to is hire an experienced attorney, it sounds like from your description you may be able to come out of this situation on top.

However, the chares involving minors are generally rather stiff and difficult to work around.
