my situation is this there was an op issued for my protection from the father of my children. it was issued some time ago, an etc..now i want to reconcile an vacate the order so we can move on. i put a motion in myself and the order was extended what can i do?

once you have filed a charge against someone, it is then the DA's decision as far as continuing with the matter or not, you may wish to consult an attorney yourself regarding assistance to terminate this case.
