Re: Victim of Violence

You seem to have an action to recover damages for your injury. There may however also be a problem regarding your immigration status, which must be addressed by an immigration attorney. In conjunction with such an attorney,I could help pursue your claim.

Re: Victim of Violence

The issue of your status is not an issue of your right to be compensated for your pain but your stauts could come out during the discovery phase of any action and could jepodize your ability to stay in the country. You should consult an immigration attorney who also can handle general practice or an immigration attorney who works closely with an attorney who can handle your case.

you can contact for a free consultation on this or any matter.
