We would need a lot more information in order to answer your question. What kind of case is it. What are the facts. A video is not dispositive on the issue of guilt or innocence. Hence in general while videos can be really persuasive, other testimony from eye witnesses or physical evidence like fingerprints or DNA can aid in getting or defeating a videotape of an alleged crime.
