violated probation finding info to help my brother
i am being violated while on probation because i was late four times to serve weekends at a county jail. i was late because of the buses and bad weather .Know i have another charge unauthorized use of a motor vehicle my boss gave me permission to use it because he had no one else with a license .now he does not want to pay me and his is pressing charges the van was parked in the back of my apartment early in the morning he came down with the police and had me arrested. the van was parked and i was in the apartment at the time. what can i do.

This is what is called the "double Whammy".

The violation of probation could result in your resentence to jail time.

The unauthorized use of a motor vehicle is a crime and you could do jail time, or it could result in a further violation of probation.

You have to hire a lawyer immediately. Perhaps he can cut the cops off at the bypass.
