Violation of probation as a juvenile who is now over the age of 18

Violation of probation has occurred, It is now almost 3 years since the violation. The person was a minor when originally placed on prob now over 18 and was first and only offense (fight).

Does this mean automatic jail time. What happens if the person was held against their will resulting in violation? Is jail an automatic out come? What are the chances of original probation reinstatement? If placed in jail will this person be placed with people in same age group there age? Thanks for your prompt response.

The answer to your question all depends on your probabtion officer. You should retain an attorney to speak with the probabtion officer and meet with the judge to determine the proper sentence.
