Re: violation probation

You will most likely be taken into custody in court unless you appear with an attorney who may be able to give a valid reason for failing to appear for your assigned probation meeting. You could be found to be in violation of probation and be given one of several sanctions including jail, bad time or some other punishment. You should have representation.
