if you have a vop vehicle theft in florida can they come to another state or have another state arrest you for this

Yes in fact the federal governmenthas been coordinating the effort and just recently had over 400 people surrender in a church or face arrest.
It is in your best interest to call a Floridian criminal lawyer and have him arrange a surrender.
