i AM IS US ON A VISA. i WAS ENGAGED BUT THE GIRLS PARENTS DECIDED TO CALL OFF THE MARRIAGE AND FILED FALSE CASE OF DOWRY HARRASMENT AND CHEATING. DO I HAVE TO PRESENT TO GET ANTICIPATORY BAIL? ALSO CAN WE GET THE CASE QUASHED. THANKS
