The officer show me the sign with its tiny print. Went to his car and didn't even gave me a chance to defend myself. I really didn't know this and still got a Summon for April 30th. I just want to know what will I expect. I just don't what to be label something disgusting o anything like that. What should I do? Pay a fine? Really hope you can help me. Thank you

I assume that you received a pink summons. If so, you have been charged with a misdemeanor so pleading guilty is a bad idea. I suggest that you hire a good criminal defense lawyer. You likely don't have to go to court yourself if you hire a lawyer.
Unfortunately there's no simple answer- the end result will depend on any number of factors - the paperwork, the officer's narrative on the court copy, the judge who is sitting in the Arraignment part that day, and how many times you want to appear in court.
There's a good likelihood that the matter will be reduced or dismissed - if you have additional questions please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or 917 270-0539.
