Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

So i was walking through central park when i was walking through central park and was stopped by police and given a disobeying a park sign for smoking and they didn't catch what i was smoking plus they wrote down the wrong address, regardless im going to plea not guilty, does this case seem in my favor?

It all depends upon what you are charged with & where the case is being heard. If it is a pink summons then it is possible you will get an ACD{adjournment in contemplation of dismissal] If you received a DAT it is also quite possible.
