Wanted Parent
A friend of mine received a phone call
from a bail bondsman regarding his
estranged mother, who lives in
another state. The bail bondsman
asked my friend to tell his mother to
go to the court hearing on a specific
date. My friend rarely speaks to his
mother. Is he obligated to contact
the bail bondsman or local
authorities and provide either with a
telephone number to reach her?
