warrant

after a background check for employment it was found that i have a bench warrant for theft of sevice in newyork city in 1991. how can i clear this warrant.

You must come to N.Y.C. and have the warrant pulled and then appear before a Judge and move to have the arrant vacated. After this process then you and your attorney can try to resolve the matter through either plea bargaining or trial. You may contact my office for more info.
