Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If one has a warrant for Disorderly Conduct in Onandoga County, New York, is there a statute of limitations on that? An arrest was made in that time was spent in a drunk tank, however no bail was required upon release. There has been 1 arrest later, at which point no evidence of the warrant was apparent.

I would take a trip up to Onandoga County with $350 and take care of the warrant.
