Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
warrents
I was arrested May 2002. The officers said that they had a warrent for my arrest and when i asked for it they said it was at the station and when i got there, ''they could not find it.'' My PD informed me that there is no warrent. was this legal and what can i do
