If a case is transfered from Juvenile Court to Criminal Court, does the Juvenile have all rights that the adult would have under the jurisdiction of the criminal Cour?

In criminal matters, whether in family court or criminal court,all defendants have the same rights. The fact that an accused is an infant, meaning below the age of majority, does not imply that he or she has fewer rights than an adult.
