weapons charge
Do you need an attorney to clear your name of these weapons charge if you did not commit the crime.

Absolutely, a person that defends themselves has a fool for a client. That being said retain an experienced criminal defense attorney to fully protect your rights. If you are indigent the court must provide you with counsel free of charge. Good luck.
