Wha tare the punishments for Petit larceny in New York State
I am facing fetit larceny charges for stealing from a convenience store. I am wondering what is going to happen to me . I am currently on probation for the past four and a half years and scheduled to be off in May 2007 I have a class D felony attempted burg in the second Please tell me what I can expect at court.

You are facing two completely diffrent charges, you are facing the petit larceny charge then the potential for a violation depending on how your case turns out on that. The petit larceny charges may not result in anything serious BUT the violation charges could result in jail time.
