Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My wife was drunk and possibly drug-ed and was forced by a grifter to take money out of my account. The bank needs a police report which means they have to arrest my wife. What can i do I don't want to press charges on her just the grifter.

It is possible that your wife could be arrested. What makes you think that she will be arrested? Why hasn't she contacted the police yet? You need to clarify these and many more issues.
