Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
wondering if you can help. my husband was in atlantic city at a pool party, and basically doesn't remember anything but waking up in a hospital. he basically blacked out and when he got back to the hotel, he found a fine(ticket) in his pocket. it says he attempted to swing at a security guard at the pool .
violation is 2c: 33-2A (1) should he show up to court by himself at first and then a get a lawyer?
