Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I Work for a one of the Bank in USA, I recently got arrested for the shoplifting which I didn't commit, I am sure the case will get dropped once it gets to the court, yes my attorneys believes it as well. My question is that my father just got a job from same bank and he will have to go through the background check "includes finger prints", will my arrest show up in my father back ground check?

There should be no reason for your record to show up on your father's background. Only any record he might have should show up. You did not state your age, but even if you are a minor your record should not be on his check.
