Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
someone i worked with was really mean to me and got me fired. her son was constantly getting hurt by accidents that were happening in school/ sports never by me. I sent her a text message (not from my #) saying karma is going to get you and your son be careful. now she said she is going to the policy and going to have me arrested. she is not even positive it is me. can i get arrested & charged for this ? i was just saying what goes around comes around and be careful cuz if you arent nice karma will get you.
