worker compensation
my brother had--name removed--pending workers compensation case prior to his incarceration due to--name removed--DWI arrest, now is he entitle to his settlement while he is in jail? can he do paperwork to finalize his case from jail?

He can process this from jail; however, he should get an attorney to process this information.
