Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have a year of acod for a $20 marijuana charge and i was called into court through a summons. I was 16, but I am now 17 and have been given a summons with petite larceny for a $50 sweatshirt. This occured only 3 months after I was given acod by the court. I have never been arrested and I have a good average in school. What is the worst case scenario for me and can these not go on my record?
