i was convicted of a felony 12 years ago served 6 months for att crim sale of a cont sub finished parole no problems good work history law abiding citizen can i get the felony reduced/or eliminated

Unless such reduction was a condition of your plea/sentence from 12 years ago, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to get any kind of reduction at this point.
Furthermore, unless you were adjudicated "youthful offender", such felony convition will likely stay on your rap sheet indefinitely.
