YO in NY State
Does 2 YO felony's (under age 18) figure in the miminum sentencing when convicted of a third felony (age 20). (1 violent YO only.

This answer can be found watching television! We can see on courtroom shows that:
if the defendant was tried and sentenced as a YO, then the information is not admissable at trial, but may be used at sentencing as evidence of character and future recidivism. (Even this may or may not happen.)
However, it definitely will not trigger a statutory mandatory sentencing as a prior offense.
The answer in plain language is: no . It will not have a direct impact on the new sentence.
