New York Hypodermic Needle Possession
I got arrested in upstate NY with a hypodermic needle. But upon researching, I came across interesting info on the legal sale of Hypodermic needles in NY without a prescription. Will the possession charge hold up in court?

This is called possession of narcotic paraphanalia and is a criminal charge in the state of New York.
