Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
New york state legal age of consent is 17. Does this mean if i have sexual intercourse with a man twice my age, would he prosecuted for anything? Could my parenta charge? Is there any recourse?

Once you reach 17 years of age an older person can legally have sexual intercourse with you. I do not see any charges that can be brought against him based upon the facts you give me.
