Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If Im currently on New York State misdimeanor probation, and I was married to an inmate in a New York State Correctional Facility, in which I was married to/and visiting prior to my probation, can I continue to visit my spouse during my probation period??

It's best in this situation to explain the situation to your current probation officer and get their explicit permission before doing so to avoid future legal problems.
