Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
youthful offender
I was arrested for a felony at 16 years old. The police released the details, including my name, age, and adress to the local newspaper who ran the story. I was eligible and did receive youthful offender status in the case. Were my rights violated by them releasing my personal information?
