domestic violence

If you have someone that is not of your family arreseted for domestic violence and you dont have any children with the person, then you decide to get them out of jail because you still have love for the person and you want to get take off the restraing order on that person how would someone go about doing that?

First, get your head examined -- love does not viciate violence. Then, decide NOT to have the restraining order removed. But if you still want to have the order rescinded (because you like being beaten silly by someone you love), petition the court that issued it.

Removing the order is not difficult. You must appear before the court and make the request. It is made by motion on notice and it is not complicated.
