Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

My employment was terminated because I told my boss that I had some serious medical issues, which ended in my having to have a brain tumor removed. I have written to many agencies and cannot even get a response. Who can I talk to? I was 41 at the time and was fired upon him learning I would have to go out for additional testing.

Well you can certainly discuss this with me. You may have a statute of limitations problem, but you may not, because if you really attempted to file a complaint and were turned away,

that tolls the statute.
