Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

I am hurt,stress,flash back of event and discriminated on

Was schedule to work for 9.30 am and got to the personel office at 11.00 am.Got lost had to walk to destination,because we miss our stop other co-worker.So we had to walk a far way back.When we got there the staff who normally give you a slip to go your station was not there so we had to walk down to office and was question they told us that we could not go unless we had ID from company none was given and they never asked me before and i told them i have no ID so he said where is the slip ,well two people just came in with,so he took my License number and showed us in...When we got there they did not so us appreciation they where like your late what your name and we told them and she said they have no opening and the place got quite i said that it she said yes.....I WAS HURT because i was coming from the bronx and the bus back to city leaving at 4.00pm......I was harassed by patron,scared it was crazy.I approach ny bus drive and ask him if this bus goes to city he said no hmm that strange and patron commented to me Money talks baby..I felt as though i was raped ny many strange eyes and walk the hall of shame...We had to walk a very long distance to catch a different bus and someone through a full can of soda and hit the person(tb

It's unfortunate that you had to go through such treatment. If your unasked question is whether you have any legal rights through these episodes the answer is likely no. While there is a cause of action for the intentional infliction of mential or emotionl distress, NY courts haven't been friendly requiring a level of outrageousness that hasn't been legallydefined. The person who threw the can of soda might be guilty of a minor criminal act but it's not worth the time and trouble. You had a bad day. Tomorrow always brings the opportunity for a better one.
