Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

Workplace harrassment

I had a human resources complaint filed against me that was not substantiated. My boss, who could have cleared up the issue, did not even after being specifically spoken to about it. It has continued to affect my ability to work and manage my team. I have spoken to human resources about this but I continue to be harrassed by this same small group of people. They refuse to refer work to my group, they withhold info that we need to do our jobs and they are hostile towards me. I have witnessed this group do this to others in the company with the goal to get them to leave or get them fired. I am sure this is what they are trying to do to me. What are my options?

Re: Workplace harrassment

I would advise having an attorney assist you in drafting a rebuttal to the complaint, to be placed in your personnel folder, addressing each aspect of the complaint and directly addressing the hostile climate you are working in. If you would like to arrange for a consultation with me, please do not hesitate to call 212.295.2287 or email.
