I was in an accident, walked home - about 2 miles from the accident, and then charged with DWI after taking a test several hours later. There are no witnesses to me drinking and driving and the police don't know when the accident occured.
What are my chances of being convicted?

Based on the limited facts given, depending on the reading, the time of the accident, the circumstances surrounding the accident and your willingness to go to trial, it appears to be a difficult case for the prosecutor to prove
