please help i need answers
my friend was in a bad car acc. he suffered head trima and doesnt remember much of anything, the driver of the car ran and now my friend is facing alot the driver of the other car was DOA his bail was on hold b/c of immigration .but he wasnt the driver the was his but he let someone drive can u please tell me what might happen to him? he is married and has a child born in the country can they still send him back?

Your description of the events is unclear. Why would your friend be in jail if he wasn't driving?

This is a very serious matter and can result in a significant amount of prison time (depending on the evidence the prosecutor might try to bring murder charges which carry a sentence of up to 25 years to life in prison)in addition to the possible immigration consequences. Your friend needs to get a criminal defense attorney right away. I am unable to give you additional information without more details.
