Second Arrest for DWO
was arrested for second time in little over a year for DWI. First was reduced to traffic vioation DUI. Will i face jailtime?

Depends where you got arrested. Every jurisdiction has a different policy. You are likely looking at a plea to the charge of DWI, which is a misdemeanor, and probation. Probably no jail time, but other factors come into play, e.g. accident? BAC level, etc.
