My boyfriend has recieved three dwi's
My boyfriend has recieved three dwi's all within a six month period of time (no this is not a joke). He has not gotten into any accidents and his bac was not high just high enough for him to be considered for dwi. What might happened? He is really a good man and I think he has really learned his leason (now he has me driving him everywhere). Also do you know of any web sites that we can look up more information.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone provides.

One thing which obviously jumps out at me is the question of why? In other words, perhaps there is some factor which was going on in your boyfriend's life which word serve as evidence in mitigation as to why he received 3 DWI citations in 1 month. While this will not excuse his conduct, it may aid in plea negotiations.
There is much work to be done with your boyfriend's case and I would be more than willing to assist. Feel free to call me at 646-209-8213 to discuss the issue in more detail and good luck.
Sincerely Yours,
Steven Brand, Esq.

Your boyfriend is facing very serious consequences as a result of these allegations. There is a very real possibility of jailtime as well as loss of driving privileges.I would suggest he retain the best possible attorney. If you would like more information, you may call my office@718-834-0087 to set up a consultation.

Your boyfriend needs an attorney immediately. 3 DWI's within 6 months looks like a jail sentence.
Re: My boyfriend has recieved three dwi's
I am sure he is a good man and it is very encouraging that he has you drive him since that time. However, this is a very serious matter. It is important that he discuss this with an attorney before his first trial (I assume the DA has moved to consolidate all 3 into one case (that means one DA will handle all of them)) There will be a plea-bargain offer and look for one that includes a suspended license and only one misdemeanor. This may not be possible, but if it is offered, it is a good offer.
