changing attorneys
If someone has a legal aide lawyer and is not satisfied with him or her and they now want to hire a private attorney what steps should be taken?

Simply hire an attorney you like and he/she will file a notice of appearance and get your file from legal aid. I am a former prosecutor and handle many DWI cases. Feel free to check out my web site and contact me.

Just go ahead and retain the new lawyer, and he will work it out with the former lawyer.
