I was convicted of a DWI under the age of 21 in 2009. The person who served me the alcohol was also in the car drunk and she was 23. I tapped the a car in front of me, no damage but when the police came that friend said she needed to go to the hospital and started freaking out. She later told me and my boyfriend that she did it because she didn't want to get in trouble. I just got my abstract and it said under accidents that there was an injury when she lied. Why wasn't she arrested for serving a minor alcohol? Is there anything that i can do?
