After being convicted of felony Dui in NY state I recieved 5 years probabtion, I have served 4 months on weekend work release, attended alcohol classes, probabtion and have forfieted my licence, I do not want it back, is there a way that I can be released of the 3 years left on my probabtion ? I will sign anything and I have done all that I have been required to and not had any other violations in 2 1/2 years?
