My daughter got a dwi /and failure to keep right ticket . A friend gave her a attorney name .He told her the best she could get was DUAI and she would still lose her licence. is there any chance it could be reduced to a different charge besides duai

It depends on the circumstances of the arrest and stop. For example was there probable cause for the stop and seizure of your daughter. Another question is regarding the evidence. Was there a breath or blood or urine test? Also, you should ask the atty about a conditional license, so she could still drive.
