dirlect in duty

i was stopped by a police officer for improper speed, 5 mins. later i had a blowout, & crash into trees. i called for help, & was arrested for dwi, by same officer, as wellas reiiving varios violations by conjeecture, isnt this officer derlick in his duty & what can i do aboutit?

What you're describing is very good cross-examination material to be used against the arresting officer. As you point out if he stopped you five minutes before the accident and let you go it seems peculiar that after the accident you would somehow exhibit "indicia of intoxication."
