Driving whitout no insurance
My Friend was driving my van when he got into an accident, He slamed on the brakes and hit car 1 which pushed car1 into car2 causing a three car collision.
I want to know what is the penatly for driving and causing a accident wtihout no insurance.

A one year loss of license, community service and a fine of $300 for a first offender and a two year loss of license and possible jail sentence as a second or subsequent offender.

If it is a first offense there is a suspension of driving priviledges and also a fine plus other penalties if the judge so imposes, if it is a second offense there is usually jail time involved. If this accident happened in NJ, the penalties in New Jersey for driving with no insurance are a mandatory loss of license, heavy fines, and possibly even jail time (especially if there was an accident).
