DUI accident due to third party's driving into oncoming traffic
I was driving through my school and had just finished stopping at a stop sign and began to continue down the road which is a one way. The road is next to a dorm and hence is a fire zone where cars are not to be parked. But as usual it was lined with cars, as I drove down the road someone was coming up it in order to park and I pulled to the right. Unfortunatelly there were people walking on the side of the road (although there is a side walk on the other side) and I reacted by pulling the other direction and hitting the breaks. This caused the car to fish tail and subsequently go into the pond next to the school. Everyone made it out of the car fine and I did no damage to any people or cars. Should I plee not guilty?

Always plead Not Guilty. This is a misdeameanor which means up to one year in jail (as contrasted with a felony)so you will need an attorney. If you need representation, feel free to contact me at 8782163 in your area code.
